DESCRIPTION:The Philadelphia Shambhala Center invites you to join us for a series of free\, public events in honor of the International Day of Peace. The morning will include a community meditation session\, a book discussion introducing Joanna Macy’s World as Lover\, World as Self and exploring her work in relation to peace\, justice\, and care for the Earth\, and a Peace Day Meditation by the River on the Schuylkill. \nAll are welcome to join for any one activity or stay for the full morning.
